Up A Level is York’s number one gaming lounge! Established in late 2024 and already thriving, we’re the newly crowned home of gaming in the city – whether you’re into cutting-edge consoles, retro classics, tabletop adventures or RPG workshops.
Located at 26 Market Street (with a second entrance on Feasegate), our venue is open Monday–Saturday from 10 am to 11 pm, creating a lively, relaxed gaming hub in the heart of York.
At Up A Level, we’re more than just games – we’re forging a hub where laughter, strategy, and friendship collide. Whether you’re hunting trophies, rolling dice with new friends, or exploring our rich gaming world, there’s a place for you here in York.
